Philips Dreamstation Auto Cpap Respironics Machine - White

Beware of the type of maskthe product is good but there is misleading information regarding the type of mask provided by the seller. If you read the reply to the various queries multiple sellers have responded - one seller respi medical system has replied saying they are providing dreamwear mask while medikart healthcare system replied that they are providing comfortgel mask. There is a picture given by one customer which shows dreamwear mask. I believed these two facts and ordered this product. But got comfortgel mask. Had a lengthy discussion with amazon customer service. But they keep on insisting based on seller medikart that they are giving comfortgel mask as standard. Then it is the responsibility of amazon to remove the replies from another seller and also the image put up by one customer. So in short this product will only give you comfortgel mask. Make sure you don't get duped like me

"Medikart" has given me a broken screen & not working Phillips DreamStation Auto CPAP Respironics machine product also didn't provide me a 'mask' also, we had to do a separate fight for getting it.Now the next fault SCREEN BROKEN already a person has reported on 'broken screen' now I am the second I REQUEST PEOPLE TO NOT BUY FROM MEDIKART HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS Pvt Ltd FOR THEIR POOR QUALITY."Zero value for money"

Damaged LCD Screen delivered, user manual of BIPAP when my product is CPAP dreamstation.

There is one filter missing in my box in which I got my philips dreamstation CPAP. There is also no battery backup of light goes suddenly then machine will turn off . There is no single word written about all this in description section.please don't buy it , don't waste your money ........I want to return this machine but since 1 week I am trying they are not picking up the product for return . 😡

I need demonstation for using the Phillips Dreamstation machine. I called Phillips call centre giving my full purchase details but they to do the same.My request is that Amazon should organise the demonstration at my place failing which the mechine will be idled.

The product came incomplete.It has missing parts.It took a few days for us to realise that parts are missingThe back black part with filters etc is missing in the box

Why didnt i recieve MASK and humidifier with itI paid 44,915/-
