This pan is very heavy as it is of iron. I made sandwiches in it then it was ok. But when I tried to make chicken steak in it, the marination burnt, and the spices on the chicken was half done. You can see the pics. Also the oil keeps on going to the sides of the pan. It's really hard to maintain it. When u wash it the oil in the grills mark is not removed properly. You need to the heat the pan, allow the oil to raise to the surface and then wipe with tissue and then again wash it. I will recommend not to buy this. Your hands with start paining while washing it. It's handle becomes very hot, you can't hold it while turning the food.

Good quality material. Solid and heavy. Arrived in poor packaging, was loose inside an oversized box with torn tape. Fortunately it did not slip out before delivery. Little expensive but does its job well. Better to clean as much as possible by scraping off food while it is still hot. One word of caution - do not touch the handle when cooking. It can get very hot. Use a thick cloth or oven gloves. But remember that it is very heavy and requires a strong wrist.

This is the third pan that we bought, all of our family members bought this after seeing the results. To avoid rusting after using oil it and keep it. It won't rust anyway. It's far better than costlier one.

Most of the pans available in this price range are either badly finished with too much of debris from the mould. This one is fantastic with almost smooth surface on all sides.

Am using it to make lovely grill sandwiches and wraps. The grill marks are very prominent. Have grilled fish and chicken too. Definitely value for money. Comes preseasoned.

The pan is of really good quality.. sterdy and atrong. Nice exp with cooking...And its really a finished product...

An excellent product.It matches the description. It can hold upto two sandwiches comfortably in one go.It's maintenance is same as other cast iron products. To clean it after use, I just wipe it with a piece of cloth upon cooling.

This is first cast iron product that I used and I'm very satisfied. It's non stick capabilities are better than normal non stick utensils.
