this is fabulous. there are more than 25 different exercises I can do with these bands. In fact I can scale up gradually starting with the simplest or X-light resistance loop band and then gradually moving to light, medium, heavy, and X-heavy one. The booklet that comes along is quite helpful for beginners like me to decide which exercise to do for which improvement.The best part is this sleek pack of 5 bands I can carry on my long trips and do these exercises anywhere in the world.

Amazon delivery was on time. The product though, leaves a lot to be desired. Three of the bands broke in 3 days, XLight on day one, Light on day 2 and Medium on day 3.Cheaper bands bought from local stores last longer

The packaging was good and the pack also consisted of a guide that helped me do the workouts at home without any effort. The quality is good and elasticity of the bands is perfect. I loved the bands and I am doing regular exercises with it at home with ease. I definitely recommend it.

I'm a beginner with health issue of upper and lower limb and this loop band is helping out to tone my muscles. As for price its value, there is little issue about the band smell, rather den that i'm happy with this loop band. Been septical about the product b4 its arrivals but den its all good with the product now. Happy customer💙

FitZeal is doing great. Their bands are good as of now but not much can be done with them as they can't be elongated beyond certain length which u desire (fear of breaking). Manual provided with this for me was not of much usefulness. Just watch some videos on Internet or try to make your own techniques.

The product does what is intended and above all the resistance capacity for each band has enough difference and i have used that very good
