Best Quality
I have been thinking to buy this for years. Finally decided to do but was still hesitant to purchase after reading negative comments. But then I remembered my friend who is using this for more than 15 yrs and spoke to her. Right after her call ordered. I'm glad I purchased it. I purchased from Tupperware Store on amazon directly and not the third party..so got a best piece in perfect packaging. It is airtight.i haven't filled it totally as my rice is almost over..will check when I fill the next batch and update here. I would say just go for it .

Air tight solid product
Excellent design, occupies least space for such a big container. Could be a bit more stronger and tougher for the quantity, nevertheless an excellent product for the longrun.
