Can it be pasted on the floor as a floor sticker?

This product can be used in the kitchen and can also cover the original oil stained walls in the kitchen. It is easy to clean and the surface is waterproof for oil discharge. You can use a cloth and detergent to clean it.

What would happen to its waterproofing if I use it in the bathroom?

This tile sticker is waterproof, but its back adhesive isn't. Don't apply it directly in water - exposed areas(e.g., showers, outdoor walls). If the surface is pre - waterproofed, it's okay. Moisture may weaken adhesion, so be careful.

Does it need grouting?

No need, it's self-adhesive. Ceramic tile stickers have boundaries and when pieced together, they look like there's a seam, but it won't be as obvious from a distance, depending on your aesthetic needs.

How to install it for durability?

While keeping the wall clean and dry, press down for a while after tiling to help with adhesive bonding. If the edges curl in the future, you can buy glue to repair them and extend the service life of the tiles.
