It’s nothing extraordinary. But being a person who likes to try alternatives to medicines this was a good try . You can keep a few in your purse if your knee hurts after a long walk etc

Average product.
Not at all a great product. When you try to apply it on the waist, it invariably folds & rolls itself to stick. Many a ti.e you need to discard a patch. I ordered 4-5 times, but I won't order it any further.

Ideal for pain relief
Using it for a few years for my back and neck pain. Find it very effective. Effect lasts for almost 24 hours. Much better than pain relief sprays.

Such a great help when in pain. Just paste this patch and it lasts the whole day. The medicine helps relieve the pain. Better than popping pain killers and ointments which rubs with clothes

Looks good till now
Looks promising. Instead of using regular balm you can use this patch. I got it for my mother but wanted to try myself first before giving it to her. Size is desent. Smells like iodex only. No mess. Will review again after use
