Very disappointed , a fake/forfeited products / damaged ones been sold and delivered on top of it keeping them as non returnable and replaceable.

Use it for slingshots, stretches well and lasts like it's expected to.

Update after about a year of usage: The rubber started to get sticky and in attempts to release the stuck areas, I ended up tearing the band.Good quality. It is pretty strong.

Writing review after 3 month usage : Product got delivered to 02-July-20 , it broke into 2 pieces on 12-Oct-20. I might have hardly used it for 60-65 days in these past 3 months,1. It's not at all a suitable product for heavy and aggressive training as mentioned in the product description, please don't misguide buyers.2. 33.4 Pounds @ 200% Elongation is highly inaccurate, I didn't go rough and used it only for medium back, shoulder and bicep exercises.3. I It started becoming loose on sides and developed splits in the third month, it tore apart before I noticed themReally disappointed with such a cheap quality product from amazon, I totally regret buying this product. Think before spending your money.

Good stuff. I used this for a class project involving projectiles and it worked fine. This was more than enough for a 4 foot launcher.Regarding its intended purpose, I am sure it will not rip anytime soon, because it took a team of 4 people almost an hour to cut this up with utility/exacto knives (in case anyone saw videos of pizza cutters working, it didn't work at all in my experience). We subjected certain parts of the band to devlish conditions and we experienced absolutely no loss of elasticity over our 2-week long construction and testing (a success over our peers whose ranges unpredictably decreased after 3 or 4 trials using surgical tubing and other elastics). Would recommend.

I originally bought this to test its elastic properties for use as a 'rubber motor' for model planes - and within about 30 seconds found myself addicted to playing with it - stretching your arms, legs, back, shoulders. It now has a permanent home on my office desk, and gets used a few times a day while I'm thinking and even during calls. Don't let it fool you either, this sucker can pack some serious resistance and youtubers feel it is the slingshot material of choice the world over. Double it up for double the resistance, still not enough? Buy two and quadruple it up. I'm a fairly strong middle aged guy and even doubling one of these up is more than enough resistance for a good stretching workout.

The gold band is the perfect amount of tension for someone who is very fit. Used is for many hours over the summer outdoors without any issues. If you are very fit, I'd recommend this over the lower tension versions, they are more for beginners or for rehabilitation therapy. This one is a proper workout band. I curl 35-55 IBS dumbells and 2 layers of this is good for biceps, for example. 3 layers is good for squats.

Used this for slingshot bands. The universal standard when it comes to shooting, these are great for short and medium draw lengths, although not optimal for extended butterfly draws (look to TB Black for that). Excellent longevity - correctly designed and cut bands can last over 500 shots, sometimes as much as 1000 shots. Good for target to hunting uses, depending on how much rubber is used and how long the draw is in relation to length. For the best speed to band life ratio, divide your draw length by 5 to determine band length, and taper in a 3:2 ratio. You can't go wrong with TB Gold!

Best resistance bands I’ve ever used. Does not snap like other brands and strengths. I enjoy using it.
