Urban Platter Pink Rock Salt Granules, 500g

Ever since I bought my first lot of pink salt from urban platters, I never had to think of trying to buying from another brand. I continously buy only from them. Even though the price was little high, the quality was good. For those who complain about finding stones in the product, a natural and unprocessed product may contain stones. If you want a clean product, look for artificially made colored pink salts

I am a return customer. Himalayan salt rocks. It has almost 90 different trace minerals in it. I have read medical and nutritional literature that has stated that unprocessed salt will not raise blood pressure which makes it safe to use. I not only cook with Himalayan salt, I make my own salt scrub. I have given the salt scrubs to friends as gifts and they love it as much as I do. Several have told me that their children, with eczema problems, have used it and their skin cleared and stayed clear. The fine grind is perfect for both cooking and the salt scrubs. Love it.

Found stones while using this recently. We are paying high amount just to buy stones which are harmful for health. Please apply caution while using it. I now started to think that the Urban Platter Pink Salt powder could be powder of grinded stone as well.

The first batch was good and had minimal impurities. The second batch had at least 15% impurities like sand and rocks. After diluting there used to be a layer that I had to clean up. I have shifted to another brand now as this brand seems inconsistent with quality.

The salt crystals are ok but found a lot of blackish salt crystals which actually spoil the visual look of the pink crystals for which I had bouht the same . expected much better quality from Urban ladder. but product just okay slightly below value for money.

Glad to get a loose pack from a reliable brand so I can refill my salt grinder- otherwise quite a waste to keep purchasing the bottled ones in grinder packaging. Thank you urban platter. Please promote more ecofriendly packaging and consumer practices!
