So let me give a picture here so that people know I am not talking out of thin air.I purchased this battery sometime in jan 2020, and it worked quite well, for about 8 months. Then it died. I thought alright, I have the 1 year warranty, I will claim under that.I wrote to the Fugen team directly and they responded to me once asking for invoice. When I provided them the invoice, no answer. I followed up for a month regularly, no answer.In short, the battery isn't that great as it won't even last you the 1 year mark. The Fugen company doesn't honor the warranty. And to top it off this product is still selling on Amazon.To compare, my original HP battery lasted for 5+ years before it gave out. Guys, skip this one.

Serves it's purpose, will need to check the battery backup

The battery hangs I think, It stops charging, the battery has to be removed and then again it starts charging, otherwise its is ok.....................battery stopped charging in september 2022 , within 6 months, please replace it

It's really good product and working with my HP pavilion g6 laptop. Earlier one battery was delivered which has problem for charging. It was not charging with my original hp charger of laptop hence asked for replacement. Yesterday it was delivered and has completed 3 charge and discharge cycle and working perfectly , no heating issue. It's 6 cell battery so it has adjusted exactly as original but with original battery laptop worked for about 4 hours and it's around 2 hours. However price wise very low and hp has discontinued it's manufacturing so other option left except compatible battery. Overall till now it's good so 5 out of 5. In future may get issue for battery life, original one worked for about 5 years maybe it will last for 2 years. If so then also i am happy.

This is not charging. I do Charging plug of and shutdown laptop immediate.

My old battery in the HP 250 laptop died exactly on the completion of three years from the date of manufacture. Hence this buy. I bought the then available 9 cell higher rated battery in the middle of November 2016. The battery appears to be working normally so far except for a slight tendency to auto discharge. I am getting a good battery back up time of above 3 hours on somewhat lighter loads. The battery appears to be manufactured in Feb 2016 and now it's been showing a capacity of 71280 mWh. Hope it will serve another two years as the batteries have limited shelf life!
