Will purchase from again
I received beautiful healthy looking snails. Despite the fact delivery left them on my porch in hot weather. I placed the snails and the water they came in into a container that floats , then slowly added aquarium water until it was 75% aquarium water. Like added 25% every hour. Then I sunk the container and let them leave on their own into a 120 gallon.Every single snail is moving and eating.

Worth it!
This was definitely worth it for our area in the US! snails are much more expensive where I’m from! We had 1-2 DOA but it was okay and then about another 3 didn’t come out for a few days almost a week. But other than that they are great sized (small) and beautiful colors

A lot are dead
We waited to see if any would come out. So far since Wednesday we have only had 3 come out of the shells in our aquarium

The snails come with a replacement guarantee but good luck actually getting a response!
My review is mixed. When my snails arrived i was happy that most arrived alive. They come small and once they grew they looked like the pictures in the description. I did have a few dead snails and i wasnt going to complain or anything but the paperwork that comes with the snails insists that if any are dead just contact them and they will replace no problemo. So i decided to contact them. Sent emails to 2 different emails they provide and was completely ignored! I would have rather been given an excuse why they cant or wont replace instead of being ignored. Rubbed me wrong way. Dont offer something and not follow through

They were all alive
I didn't realize they'd been delivered until the next day, and I was worried they'd be dead. Nope, all were just fine. The colors weren't quite as vibrant as the ones in the pictures, but I didn't expect they would be. As long as my crawdad and darters don't eat them, they look like they'll do a great job keeping the tank clean.

They looked awesome when they came they were all alive, and in the tank I can't count them, when you get them in the tank at first they like to play dead, just give them time !!

Arrived safely and alive
The snails were pkgd very well and all were healthy. Love the variety. I got zebra, tiger and horned. The horned are so unique looking. I love all will definitely buy again!
