Ordered this product to my Kerala address while staying in Bengaluru thinking that the product may reach late which was not to be. The seller Om Steels shipped it on time and it got delivered damage free through Gati couriers safe and neatly packed. There were 3 boxes, the longer one that contained all the fittings and attachments and the smaller boxes that contained the weights. Didn't have time to assemble it so left it as it is until our year end leave. Assembled it today, took around 3 hrs. The assembly instructions are clearly mentioned in the manual that comes along. There was a slight issue with one of the weight plates. I sent an email to the dealer somewhere close to midnight, highlighting the issue. The dealer, a very polite gentleman, promptly called back in the morning to know the issue I was facing and without hesitation offered to send across a replacement for the defective part. On further inspection of the weight plate, I found that it was something which could be fixed with a little effort from my end, which I did and resolved the issue. I called up the dealer to inform him of the status and also asked him to send across a set of cables for stocking it in case cables snapped, to which he politely educated me saying that there was no need to purchase it now and he would supply his customers with all the spares whenever they needed. Great shopping experience!What can be improved - The weights that come along (lke it is available nowadays) are not iron but some material coated in fibre. Though the weights are accurate and the product finish is good, would have preferred iron plates. Still good for home use as there is less noise.

I have no time to attend gym hence i purchased this Home gym.This is worth and excellent machine, It took 2hrs for me to assemble,After being assembled, don't forget to grease the CHAIN, PULLEY & WEIGHT SUPPORT ROD, this will give you steadiness and smooth operation, l also suggest frequent greasing for above mentioned parts along with all PULLEYS.Care to be taken while pulley assembly as it should not remain in tilt position,Washers are not provided with the assembly parts but it is shown in assembly manual,Frequent inspection and re tightening of nut bolts are very important : Bolts are short in length hence no engagement of nylock in nut.Machine height is quite less as compare to professional GYM machines, it is designed to fit in low space even in flat system.Keep kids away while in use as moving weights may cause serious accident.

So friends here my gentle review of this machine is thatQuality- friends over all mattle and iron material is gud of the machine structure also gud.Weight- 60kg weight come with this machine with 5 kg each plate of plastic filled with sand so it is so basic but in this price (16000rs) it's gud .Function- it is complete multifunction gym machine but don't accept and compare wid the quality like professional gym machine.Working- it's gud for bignrs who try to enhance his stamina endurance power but those who is already in shape may be dislike this machine due to its sand filled weight plates or less smoothness while taking set .It's shaking while taking set as well as some fear in mind for hiss low quality build .Over all its value for moneyUnder 16000rs it's gud purchase and also give the aportunity to perform multiple sets in budgets.I am sharing some picture pls consider all the corners of machine you can seeThankyou amazon team for delivering this machine before time.

Quality a little low

Not quite sturdy, quite difficult to assemble and the wooden skip rope promised ended up with plastic instead. The courier guys they tied up with were quite rough and they will just drop the 140 kg package in front of your house.
