Why do we buy these watches? Not for the functionality( timekeeping as an independent functionality is obsolete). We buy them because we relate to their personality. For me, it is a reminder of an era gone by. When reality was not completely simulated on a flat characterless screen. When a button was tactile by dearth of being actually so. Its affordable vintage :)Is the calculator functional, of course it is. Is it useful as one? Of course its not ( who uses calculators?)Does it feel solid, yup its fine for me. Is the strap flimsy, maybe a bit. Does it matter, nope ( I drive to office, don't do rock-climbing)Is it a conversation starter? You bet it is.Is it intuitive to use? Hell no. But the satisfaction you get after you have mastered all its functions is immense.Love it!!!

It's Kids watch ..

I had one of these about 25 years back and which was on my wrist for about 15 years. When I saw this yesterday I couldnt resist buying.The packaging and delivery process was very good as usual from Amazon. The watch brought back old memories, it used to be a great functional watch most of the functions now replaced by the mobile phone that people have now a days. None the less buying it now has the vintage value, I do have to mention that the phone I had bought in early 90's had better build and feel to it and more memory in terms of data storage.Since wearing a watch is no longer just to look at time as it used to be, if you need to wear a watch that was iconic at its time and to stand out now for a affordable price this is the one.
