Fat Daddio's pans are the best I have seen or used. These are the pans for people who have liked owning things for decades.

I use it to cover my griddle on my combo Blackstone griddle/grill combo. Fits perfect!

I love this brand. I have several cake pans and live the even heating!

This thing will stand up to any spatula on the planet. To bend this thing you're going to need a sledgehammer or maybe drive over it with a Buick. It might even resist damage from me using it. It does weigh much than any other cookie sheet I've ever encountered-you might keep that in mind if that could be a problem.

I acquired a pet bird and I had to get rid of all non-stick cook- and bake-ware. And this is the best I ever had. I'll never go back to 'non-stick' bakeware, this is so much better.

Love Fat Daddios in general, another great product. Will be ordering a few more.

This brand of bakeware really is a good professional line of products for the serious baker or home baker looking for high end results. However, using permanent stickers that leave behind a horrible mess of adhesive on these pans is a complete amateur move by the manufacturing and packaging people. I've already tried the food-safe methods of removing sticker adhesive and very little improvement. Are you people familiar with those sticky glue dots that do the trick these days?? WTH
