OK to use for single person use.
1: About Seller & Shipment:Got it on time and it was send over India post, packing was good and received in good condition. Got different colour ( Blue), but the item was New one.2: About Product Return :It is a challenge as we have to do it by our Own risk, cost and efforts. As it is a big box, it is not a convenient and economical task to return. Keep in mind !!3: About the Product :Found the operating sound is too high ( 85db when I measured it from the side of the cooler).As it is small and blower type, do not expect to cool the room. You will get cool air. When compare with FAN, fan provides dry heated air, but this cooler provide cool air. Air quality is good as it won’t pass water molecules directly. It's air through is 5-6 feet effectively. 7 liter tank capacity is sufficient for 9-11 hrs continuous use. Product materials are physically looks good. ( Before use, open back cover and ensure the screws and water pipes are tighten properly )4:Summary:It is good for single person use. If you are OK with direct cool air to your body always and sound is not matter for you, then you can think about this product.

Good product. However, i ordered a different colour than what I received. The colour I ordered is of a hogher listed price. I need the cooler now so I did mot bother exchange.

good personal cooler but it vibrates a lot
Cooler is good for a table top cooler. But it vibrates as fan is not centred....
