Loved these but didn’t realize they were actual apples? Sticky mess getting them out of the bag- use nitrile medical gloves or long tweezers if you’re weird like me and don’t like sticky fingers. Taste was out of this world but I’d say these belong in Level 3 sour

Thoroughly enjoyed level 1,2, and 3 and found them to be quite sour, but don’t believe the hype. This particular flavor is garbage on the sour scale. Don’t give me wrong. It’s very delicious but sour? Definitely notx I found some of their level ones to be more sour and so did my friends. Until now was sold on a brand being the most sour but level four got me curious about other brands.

I love them I love the texture the baby loves them as well the texture is good . I wish the bags were bigger . The coating on each individual piece varies but they are pretty sour I like that they’re not made with crazy ingredients I just keep in mind to brush more often since they contain citric acid

I was conflicted on how to go about this review because on one hand the Candy is super good. It's clearly quality stuff... but I ordered the level 3 and level 4 (4 being the most sour thing they offer at the time of this review/ at the moment.) Marketing it as being "Intensely sour" Is just misleading. The 3 candies I tried were no where near as sour as sour skittles, not even close... In my head I could buy some freeze dried fruit at the store for less than 20% of the price (That's if you don't buy in bulk.) and add generic "sour powder" end up with something much more sour and drastically cheaper. I plan on trying another bag when they release a more sour version just in case its worth it but I'd rather just have freeze dried fruit or sour candy if the middle ground is going to be 5 to 10 times the price of either or both.

The sour taste is a bit out of the ordinary, but it’s surprisingly tasty! The amount you get for the price is good, and the candy itself is really good. Just a heads-up, though, the chewy texture might not be everyone’s favorite.

Sourness is a little inconsistent. Some will make your face implode and others will be like ok this is warhead sour but now it’s gone quick. The flavor is amazing and the fact that it’s made of real fruit and not just a solid piece of sugar and high fructose corn syrup is even better! The price… ehh I think a little high but I already bout 2 more packs 😅

Like several others have stated in their reviews, I received a bag of dried apples that was only slightly more sour than a regular, fresh green apple. The overall taste was ok (tasted like a green apple with a little extra citric acid on it). There was ZERO puckering, which is really disappointing considering that Level 4 is their highest rank. For a company who specializes in sour, this was very underwhelming. For the cost, I expected better. Warheads would have been cheaper, and more sour. But hey, at least it was made with real fruit... Maybe I (like so many others) got a bad batch. But at this price point, I'd expect that to happen far less frequently than it appears to be happening. This was unfortunately my first and last Final Boss purchase.

Super nice apple taste, but they aren’t sour. They’re not even as sour as Airheads sour strips.
