We had to experience some problem to get this awesome watch delivered. It seems to me that the customer service didn't coordinate with the courier very well. I called them at 6am for an address change from Noida to East Delhi and they ended up knocking at 10am at Noida. However, I was so glad that they finally got themselves together and delivered the watch at the right address.The watch itself is awesome. Pretty sturdy and durable. I gave it to my nephew, and he loved it! A very recommended choice for young-at-heart active people. It's water resistant, comfortable, safe (no blings that makes people look at you and want to steal it), very efficient, and cost-effective.

Had decent expectations from the brand, but disappointed that display is dead and return window closed. Now I need to claim warranty and see if atleast that is customer service is customer friendly

It was very small than what actually mentioned & its definitely not a men's watch, its a boys watch & fits good for the age of 10-11 yrs. So I gifted it to my nephew ;) Watch is good since its a good brand!
