Description
- Diet Type: Islaverde ADVANCED+ LCKD, also known as LCHF (Low-Carb High-Fat) Diet, packed in 20g-sachets (60 pcs.).
- For whom: Physically active overweight and obese men, women and athletes (BMI>27.5). Slightly overweight individuals (BMI<27.5) are advised to shorten the diet to 7 days. For better results, the diet may be applied cyclically after a few weeks.
- Daily menu: 1 coffee, 2 cocoa, 2 chokeberry drinks and 1 snack replace all daily meals. Mix one sachet with hot (cocoa) or warm water (chokeberry), preferably in a blender. Coffee: mix one sachet with boiling water. Snacks should be consumed before workout, eaten directly or with natural yogurt.
