Awesome for read astronomy...

Technically speaking, for those who want to be researcher and do discoveries with their ideas. Awesome book for bigners , above average book for middle knowledge students . Techinically speaking there are around/more than 600 pages in the book .Bigners can start their carrier with this book(probably) .You will come to know many things. I recomend this book for class 10,11 and above , although i am in class 9. Its really good.( i know grametical errors)

This book is just so lovely. It has been written in view of people who are new to astronomy. It has multiple images which make reading interesting. It's meant for beginners but when you'll read it thoroughly you'll become advanced in this subject.

I sent this book for my friend who is an astronomy enthusiast. She hasn't done any course on the subject and that's why I gifted this book to her. She absolutely loved the book as the content is captivating.

It is definitely a beginner's guide but not a child's guide. If you are enthusiastic about astronomy, you'll not regret your purchase. If you expect large easy to read font and simple illustrations, you may have to rewire your expectations. The font is small, like in college text books.

Great! Needed this book for a summer class in Astronomy. At my school, the class is in the Physics department. I was super nervous to take the class as I don't do well in mathematics, but this book made the course easier to understand and grasp! Great diagrams and examples inside! I had taken an Astronomy class in the past- well, the same class- and didn't get the grade I needed for my program. That book wasn’t as helpful as this one due to the fact it talked more in the physics department than in the descriptive astronomy for beginners. I prefer this book and will be keeping it for future use in my future career.

Wonderful textbook for all astronomy-lovers or those taking an intro to astronomy course! Filled with the fundamentals as well as in-depth explanations, diagrams, and images. Great learning resource.

A good book for astronomy, HOWEVER this is not for beginners, more college/advanced level... And very detailed to the point it's boring. The photos are a bit dated as is some of the speculations ...
