Product description: Wrist Ice Pack Wrap by Cool Relief provides long lasting cold therapy and compression for wrist pain, swelling, bruising, carpal tunnel, rheumatoid arthritis, sprains and tendonitis. COLD THERAPY APPLICATION 1. Place entire wrist ice pack in freezer with ice pack inserts inside wrap. Freeze for at least 2 hours. 2. Remove wrist wrap from freezer. 2. Place on affected hand placing thumb through the opening. Wrap around wrist. 3. Tighten elastic straps to desired compression and affix velcro ends to the soft cloth. TIPS 1. Treat area for 15-20 minutes at a time 2. Do not use ice pack inserts directly on the skin, always use inside of cloth wrap. HOW TO WASH THE CLOTH WRIST WRAP: Close Velcro straps before washing, Hand wash with mild soap in warm water. Rinse well and air dry.
