Good compression and comfort
I purchased these because I was looking for something to support my wrists while not restricting their movement at work. These were a great choice. They’re light but sturdy and provide a constant, firm, but gentle pressure on both my wrists and lower hands where I need it most. The sellers strongly encourage you to measure your wrists, and it’s good advice. I almost bought an L but after measuring I went for the M and it was a great fit.

Decent gloves
I use my hands and wrists all the time for work and hobbies, and do a lot of fine motor and general movement. Using knives, keyboards, scoops, etc. After a work day my hands and wrists can be pretty sore, so I ordered these to try instead of simply wrapping them with cloth bandages, and also to augment the stretching I do.Pros: colorscheme is nice, and the compression level feels just right - it doesn't hurt after awhile or squeeze too tight, and my range of motion is not impeded.Cons: There's a very thick seam around the edge that loops over the thumb, and after 6 hours of wear was quite painful as it dug into the flesh of the thumbpad. Not really a pro or a con, but the fabric is a sort of knit, and not a smooth uniform weave, so occasionally if my nails or cuticles were dry/scuffed they could snag on the fabric when putting on. Figured it's something to be aware of! so I'm still on the hunt for something that checks all my boxes.

A solid choice for wrist joint compression.
I chose the medium size. I'm female and have ~7 in wrists with hands slightly larger than my wrists. This provided the perfect amount of compression. I gave it four stars for comfort because the thumb hole can dig some depending on how low you wear the brace on your arm, but I give this brace 5* as a whole because by the time that becomes an issue you should have taken the brace off anyways. Compression braces aren't something you can/should wear all the time (like a solid brace)- they're for intermittent support. Some characteristics of this brace:Support Level: LightRange of motion: Complete, with the compression providing an opposing force when you move "against" the braceCompression Level: Medium. Not too tight, not too loose- if your body fat % is proportional to your arm size/you don't have severe swelling, and you choose the appropriate size, this brace will work well for you.I use this brace when I'm writing as it doesn't restrict pen movement, but it helps A LOT with the pain. I recommend it.Good for wearing during the day/during activities that cause pain, not recommended for overnight wear (not what compression braces are for!). If you're looking for an overnight brace, you want something solid that restricts ROM instead of providing compression.

Undecided
I’m on the fence about these. I have some wrist pain from too much pandemic office work and a hobby of playing video games. I first bought the pink in medium based on measurement but found they were a bit uncomfortable especially toward the forearm as I’m a bit bigger sized - though it was comfortable on the wrist and hand. I also noticed in this set that the elastic strings were detaching from the thumb area and pulling out. I thought this was maybe from being stretched or being a little rough pulling it on or off.So I decided to buy the large size (black this time as the pink showed regular daily grime too much). The fit was very comfortable - slightly loose across the palm but otherwise comfortable and a nice level of mild support. The thumb area fits nice too on the bigger size. It does seem to help some with repetitive wrist discomfort but I wouldn’t say it does anything amazing. My two biggest issues are 1) the type of fabric it is causes little “nubbies” (or fabric pilling…however you want to say it) to form, especially across the palm which has the most friction in daily life. It’s just makes it look not so nice. And 2) even though the size is appropriate and I take it on and off carefully I’ve still had the inner electric strings pull loose from the thumb area.So overall not a terrible product but not perfect either. I think the benefit for wrist pain is going to be different for every person and dependent on what the issue is with the wrist and what they do daily.

Concerns? Please read, hopefully it helps!
These sleeves are fantastic.I bought them for my carpal tunnel in both wrists. On really bad days, they aren’t super helpful but that’s what I have my braces for. I mainly bought these sleeves for sleeping at night as braces aren’t comfortable. I have fairly small wrists and that makes finding a good product difficult.I’ve tried many different products (including the expensive ones meant for sleep) but these are by far the best to sleep in. I’m able to get a good nights rest with no discomfort.HOWEVER, many people had difficulties with the thumb holes, me included. They are a decent size but because of the compression, they pulled too tight on my thumbs. That said, a few days after they arrived, the Sparthos team emailed me to see how I liked the sleeves and ask if there was any way they could be improved. I was not given these in exchange for a review so I was surprised by their genuine concern. I told them what I thought of the sleeves and they actually emailed back within a couple hours with ways to help!! Best customer service for products, if you have concerns, be sure to get in touch with them.I followed their advice and dampened the thumb holes and put them over a jar to stretch them out a bit. That fixed the problem!! They no longer bother my thumbs or put too much pressure on me. So glad that I didn’t give up and tried their advice. This is a long review but hopefully it helps others!

Tight Around the Thumb
While the size chart is accurate regarding the wrist size, these seem to be made for narrow hands. They compress my hands laterally to an uncomfortable degree and the part between the thumb and forefinger is pretty narrow so it digs in.This plus the seam around the thumb is not at all padded and the ends meet in a lump right around the edge of my hand so it can get a bit painful after an hour or two. One of them is much worse than the other so there may be pairs out there that are better, as well as worse ones. The compression around the wrist is great, though, so it's possible the manufacturer could make some changes to the design, add some padding and tighten up quality control. Make a slightly wider version maybe.

meh! just okay - too much money
I bought these in hopes of using them while practicing yoga after developing some chronic wrist pain -- the feeling of having my wrist "hugged" is nice but after a while, it gets tights and sore on where my thumb/palm meet the sleeve... I can't wear these for longer than an hour, then I have to remove it.I ended up buying a classic carpal tunnel brace for $20 with velcro and it is much better for me.So in short, I feel like I spent too much money on this and would not recommend.plus side is that the blue colour is fun.
