Fairly good product to tie yourself during Tough Yogic postures where you need to hold. One has to learn by practice how to interlock this Yoga Belt during usage. 8 feet is a little short for a healthy person like me. 10 feet would have been better.

OMG this belt is so soft, wide and long...... I'm in love with it. I also like that it is black.so it doesn't show dirt as easy as a natural or white canvas belt. Highly recommend!
