Works as advertised !
I used to snore due to my mouth being left open at night. If you're like me, this belt will work wonders for you. It takes a bit of getting used to (the first 2 nights), but once you're set it will really control your snoring.The velcro is high grade as well. The only pain is you'd need to clean it / wash it as sweat tends to accumulate in some of the areas of the strap.
