Great digest but lacks sources
Let me begin by saying I understand J.R. Musclebear desire for some secrecy, the use of AAS is still illegal in much of the world under most circumstances. But Musclebear prefaced his work by saying he had done hours of research. Is all of this research so sensitive that he cannot share his sources?Moreover, there is no mention of post-cycle therapy, which assists the body in recovering its ability to produce testosterone.Another thing that I feel is missing is the common blast and cruise protocol which can help AAS users retain their gains after a cycle.With that being said, the author makes a grwat job at verbalising intimidating science and always provides both sides of the coin; the reader is not simply encouraged to run AAS (or to not run them) but is rather encouraged to weigh the pros and cons of compounds.

Basic information
The information in this book is pretty basic. You should have already learned most of this stuff before playing around with anabolics. Most of the cycles contained in this book are the basic cookie cutter stuff you will see repeated on online forums. If you don't know anything about steroids or how they work or what they do, then this book is a good starter guide to help you safely get started and doesn't provide any wildly inaccurate information.

Good read
Good profile on each popular aas. The author is also level headed on dosages unlike the dosages the keyboard worriers claim to take on 1st cycles.

All the info can be read online. Book not technical enough for me.
