I frequently use magnets as part of cable management, and I need them to be strong. Be careful with other companies. There are other magnets that resemble these but cost less - but they are smaller than stated, they crack easily, and are generally weak. Not these. These are like little tanks! This is an outstanding product. Highly recommended! Update six months after purchase. I like some of the others they have never cracked the strongest magnets. I have used outstanding products about to order more for different projects.

I'm not compelled to write reviews but hope what I'll share here will be helpful to others. Yes. These are Strong magnets. What I thought would take two to make work, only needed one. But it seems to me like the biggest complaint is separating them. And if done properly, this need NOT be a problem. Instead of trying to pry them apart, which never ends well, you should rotate the top one like a clock arm, from 3 o'clock to 12, into a + sign. It takes a little push but is totally doable. Once you've 'separated' it that way, you'll be able to just pull it off. My only complaint is that since these magnets are so strong, as I am pairing them, the adhesive is not holding well and the magnets are doing their thing to come together but not the object it's supposed to be stuck to. Ever buy a dryer race board or something else that won’t stay magnetized to the refrigerator? Problem solved! These magnets are extremely strong! They come with double sided sticky tape so you can attach them to anything!!

I gave the magnet the sniff test after seeing a review of someone measure the magnetic full force. The magnet is not even close to n52, it can’t even lift a 15 pound dumbbell. Now the entire stack is strong just from sheer quantity, so it’s still a finger hazard. If you’re looking for real n52, read reviews. There are real sellers of n52, they are no joke in pull strength.

These are very strong magnets, when stuck to a reasonably thick piece of metal they are very hard to remove unless you have a thin piece of stiff plastic to slip under them. Not the best choice for fridge magnets or holding shower curtains as they are just too strong to easily remove. For a lot of other uses though, they are great, one can easily hold a heavy tool! I have also used them to hold a curtain to the metal rails of a suspended ceiling just by holding the curtain up to the rail and sticking a magnet to the other side! Great for putting up curtains in an office setting with no need for tools. They will not hold as tight if the metal they are on is thin or has a heavy layer of paint. Remember though that magnets like this need to be handled carefully. Don't let them snap onto a surface or let two magnets fly together. They can hit hard enough to make the magnets shatter and send pieces flying! Also getting skin between two magnets can give you a nasty pinch. Swallowing magnets can be really bad, so don't leave them out where young kids or pets can get to them. I'd recommend handling them one at a time, don't leave two out on a table as they could fly together very fast if they get too close.

These things are amazingly STRONG. So much that i cannot use it for what i had planned. Well worth the money if you need bionic magnets lol. They are extremely hard to come apart out of the packaging. Be careful of getting your fingers pinched and when separating or putting them together....and keep them VERY far away from each other when separated...Yes, they are THAT strong! If they snap together too fast they will shatter which why i give it a 3 for Durability. One of mine is already broken because they accidentally snapped together hard. Please read the product description in FULL....it pretty much says it all. Dont get me wrong, I am not complaining. Its an excellent product - its my first time purchasing rare-earth magnets and i just didnt dream they'd be THIS powerful..I'm going to have to find something less rare-earthy for my project LOL. I will probably end up using these to mount things in my garage or maybe make a knife holder/block.

I used these for a magnetic wall mounted knife block. I could have routed the insert depth more, which would have improved the power of the magnets, but in the end I found them to be inadequate for 2 of my heavier knives. I'm unsure if I can blame the magnets for that though, as I certainly could have routed a bit more material out, which would have improved power.

Three were cracked in half inside the box I expected a lot more care in shipping or quality management considering the price for these little magnets. However the ones that did survive shipping have a good magnetic pull so I’m giving 3 stars.
