Very very disappointed ! Need to speak to someone from the company but to no avail .
Horrible quality ! Thus only 10Days return policy . Please ensure u get wider return window . In a month, the back of the dustbin has snapped off and no one to speak to about it’s repair or replacement .

It's been used
The silver can that holds the plastic bucket is new, but the black plastic bucket inside has been used to store what appears to be soil? I can't say. There was no bad odor but I had to scrub it inside and out. Not sure I'll order from this company again.
