Get it while you can!
I bought this as a 2 pack a few times, and have written reviews on it then. This is very tasty and easy to make. The noodles are fresh, not hard like store ramen. It has been out of stock a LOT lately in the 2 pack, so this time, knowing we like this, I bought this multi-pack.Easiest way to make it is just to pour some water in the pan, when the water is close to boil, remove the noodles from their pack, make sure you get the little moisture pack out, then place the noodles in the water. In a bowl you'll serve in, place the flavor packet in. It only takes 2-3 minutes to cook as the noodles are fresh. Pour about a cup of the water in with the flavoring, drain your noodles, and then add to the flavoring bowl. Mix together and serve. Plan accordingly as this only takes the time for water to boil and a few minutes, don't over cook!My wife and I are always fighting for the last few noodles. Goes well solo or we enjoy with pork roast or chops.

Excellent even when not "doctored"
I'd never had ramen before visiting Japan in the 70's, so my expectations were formed by that. Even now, it's been next to impossible to find anything as good as what I can buy at a small stand there. Some Japanese friends recommended Hakubaku's line, and it's as close as I've gotten outside of a few really pricey New York restaurants. Since flying to NYC for ramen is not an option, we use these, in all flavors. I was worried when the current order arrived because the packaging was smaller, but it's the same taste, fortunately. I use these with any kind of leftover or fresh vegetables, meat, tofu. A dab of sesame oil makes a big difference. If I could find black garlic oil I'd add a drop of that, too. Absolutely delicious, and stay fresh for a really long time.

It tastes like real thing at ramen restaurant!
As this is consumer packaged ramen, I thought it would be like "maruchan" or "cup noodle". Actually, it was not the case and this ramen noodle exceeded my expectation by far. It comes with fresh ramen noodle and hearty tonkotsu soup stock. It was really good! I added some topping and it was like a real ramen noodle at ramen restaurant! Noodle has great flavor and texture. Soup stock is very flavorful. Cooking process was easy. Just 2 minute cooking in a boiling water. Highly recommend it if you want to have a real ramen experience at home (without waiting in a long line).

Noodles are fine but tonkotsu broth base is terrible
From a ramen enthusiast who rarely writes reviews, I tried one pack and while noodles are good, the tonkotsu broth tastes really bad so if anyone has a good recommendation for tonkotsu ramen base I would love to know-otherwise I'm throwing this case out. Also note these are fresh noodles which expire within about 2-3 months so if u r looking for long shelf life, dont buy.

My name is Ramon and i happen to love ramen !
Hello,I am Ramon ! As far as ramens go, its Not the perfect ramen but pretty darn good basic one . In fact I enjoyed it for its customability . If you happen to have ingredients to add ( ie: beef slices, soft egg,etc ) its all the betterThe ramen broth is so so and noodles as well. But the overall ease to make and customize to yield an even finer ramen to your liking is what i loved. Try it out. Quick to make.-Ramon Ramensanchez

actual noodles are good. soup base, not so much
Liked the flavor and texture of the noodles themselves. But the broth mix lacks flavor, so much so that I ate the noodles and poured out all remaining soup. really surprised because the liquid broth concentrate packet had a bit of pork or some other kind of fat in it and it looked like it was going to be really good. Not a total loss, as I think these noodles are going to be great in a stir-fry dish.

Outstanding noodles, broth is "meh"
This is worth buying just for the noodles. Fresh tasting with excellent consistency and flavor. The closest to restaurant ramen that I've found. I'm not a fan of the broth packets, though, so I have to take off one star for that. Doesn't taste anything like tonkotsu pork broth I've had in ramen shops. The flavor it does have is worse even than packets that come with cheap instant ramen, at least IMHO. It's not that hard to make your own broth, so there's a reasonable work-around, and the noodles themselves are still a good deal.

Excellent ramen, very salty tonkotsu soup base
Ramen is excellent, convenient, and boils in only 2 minutes! However, each serving (soup based included) of this tonkotsu ramen contains a hefty 3580mg (156% DV) of salt, so it is quite SALTY. Maybe Hakubaku can produce a low-salt tonkotsu ramen …? Just a reminder if you have a sodium-restrictive diet, you could try Hakubaku’s always excellent ramen-only “kaedama” option, also available on Amazon.
