All around great tool for deep carpet cleaning at home.Pretreat carpet with Chemical Guys lighting fast stain extractor formula. Mix formula in hand pump spray canister. Apply conservatively across carpet to get it wet. Do not soak. Scrub the entire carpet. For stubborn stains or high traffic areas repeat the process. Do not soak the carpet. Brush the entire carpet.For foul odors and darker stains use Rocco & Roxie Stain and Odor eliminator as directed.Extraction mix for Janilink is Amazon Commercial Extraction Carpet cleaner. It works great. If you apply too much formula from the pre treatment the vacuum will power off if it gets too bubbly. Cleaning the tank with a jet spray bottle of vinegar helped but was still a challenge to quell exess soap bubbles.Follow the directions from Janilink in the manual. I personally use all of the functions on the machine at different times for different areas.When I clean an area I make three full length passes over it. This will make the carpet damp even after using thee vacuums. I make a few passes using only the three vacuums as well to aid in the drying process.For drying I use four 1/4 hp air movers afterward. Central A/C helps with process of drying. Drying time varies room to room.

We purchased the product in August and have now taken it in for the third time for repair. The first two times it leaked and now the water is no longer flowing while using it.Janilink has not offered to pay for the repairs, even though Ben's Cleaners (an authorized repair center) found that Janilink has installed a rubber garden hose where there should have been a braided rated hose meant for the device.You'll get nothing but the runaround from Janilink. They don't honor their product and have obviously lost the handle on the manufacturing process.

Compared to the $800/quarter I was paying for a professional crew to come clean my carpets this machine will pay for itself in a year - not to mention the convenience of having the machine here in my store for spot cleaning. The owner's manual could have broken down operating instructions a little more in depth, but once I figured everything out and explained the running process to my crew, everything was great. You can tell this is a quality American made product and I am very happy with how solid everything feels and works.As a side note not pertaining to the product itself: After a billing issue between Amazon and my bank I got a hold of support and was put in contact with someone at JaniLink. They had already loaded the machine on a pallet but were still able to accommodate me by cancelling the original order and letting me re do it with the correct card. Still managed to get it to me on the same original delivery date. Good people from what I can tell. Five Stars.

I've used several times so far, and it has performed as advertised. It's has really good suction with 2 vacuums on. It heats up pretty quickly, easy to maneuver and transport, it isn't as big as I thought it would be either.

Requested return and they sent it anyway. What a piece of junk! Seller doesn’t respond to requests. Run!!
