I bought this along with Garcinia Cambojia from same vendor.This product I absolutely love !!As soon as you put the beautiful and pleasant smelling flowers in boiling water.A calm aroma fills the room and you start feeling very light already!.It is really tasty I use it with two small spoons of honey which increases the health benefitsI sleep much better now and feel refreshed.No more tossing and turning in the bed trying to go to sleepMy sleep is more fulfilling ,and stress levels are really down and deep now ,surely the effect of chamomile tea.I take it around 1.5 hours before sleeping,and I dont eat /drink any thing after that.I have suggested this to many other family members who have insomnia issues.To get benefits from this,need to have it in a big coffee mug and not a small cup ,so quantity need to be atleast a mug full,depending on health also as I am healthy tall male.And don't take excess hard coffee and tea etc throughout the day as they interfere with the chamomile effects.This is a must have product in our hectic lives ,if you have a good sleep then the rest of the day is much more productive.Energy level is high and no more yawning after lunch in office :-) lol and no more lethargic feeling in the morning.Strongly Recommended,please try once yourself to see the benefits..

I did not like the taste and flavour of this tea. Probably will not reorder.
