Q: Is this compatible with 2 x b key m.2 or 1 b and 1 m?

This has 1 B and 1 M - The top socket is a B Key and for SATA drives only, the bottoms slot is a M Key for PCIE x4 drives.

Q: If you have a pcix16 running at x4. can you use both m.2 slots or only the bottom one?

You can use both. The card only needs X4 - however remember, only the bottom slot works via the PCI bus, for the 2nd slot you still need a SATA cable/connection.

Only the bottom slot runs at PCIx4 - the top slot works at the speed of your SATA interface.

Q: Will this work with a z97 motherboard and an intel 660p series nvme drive?
