This is SLS and Paraben free per ad. But no mention on their label, which doubts the claim from manufacturer.After calling Khadi customer care, they confirmed that they use ALS instead of SLS, which is better than cancer causing SLS version. There is no 2 versions of SLS & non SLS product.

Can I use it for dry hairs or someone can suggest me for another Khadi shampoo for dry hairs and for control Hair fall?

Amla and Bhringraj is very good, but if you looking for dry hair shampoo then go for Khadi Shikakai and honey it is great for dry hair, I am presently using it.

Is conditioner required aftet use of this shampoo and which conditioner to use

If your hair is dry then you might need a conditioner. But this new khadi amla and bhringraj shampoo which is sls and paraben free; and also the new packaging has deducted some of its harsh chemicals which makes your hair dry so it doesn't need any conditioner. But if you want one i would recommend not to choose conditioners from khadi as they are not that affective. You may use some other brand's conditioners like sunsilk or dove.
