I enjoy using this product but it really is important to use a timer and start timing the moment you apply the last of the product. If you leave it on for too long, it WILL stain your skin. To avoid skin staining, I apply a thin coat of Vasoline to the skin that may be stained, especially around the ears. If you inadvertently stain some skin, put a little rubbing alcohol on some cloth or paper towel as this works well for me. The color looks natural and lasts a long time. Note that if you use dandruff shampoo that doing so greatly reduces the longevity of the color on your hair.

I was dissatisfied with the product, simply because it is not what it said it was. I ordered a coloring shampoo and expected a shampoo that would color the hair with each wash. When the product arrived, it was a one time deal to color your hair. Change the description, so people like me don't waste their money!
