Spider-man: Homecoming

I had low hopes initially with Spider-Man Homecoming but thankfully it didn't disappoint. It's massively entertaining and beautifully blends Spider-Man into the Avengers' universe. And Thank God they didn't do yet another origins story. Tom Holland simply owns the character and plays it with ease. It's a fun movie filled with lots of energy and some amazing action setpieces.Spider-Man Homecoming is yet another delayed release by Sony here in India. Also the packaging is poor with just a plastic case and no slip cover. Terrible presentation. I hope the people at Sony read this and improve on the same.Picture quality-Spider-Man Homecoming is a colourful film and the Blu-ray is brimming with energetic colours right from the beginning. The red and blue colour of the Spidey suit look terrific in HD. Contrast is superb and details are top notch on this disc. Outdoor scenes glow with natural tones. Night scenes also look brilliant with excellent deep blacks. It is no doubt a reference quality video presentation from Sony that is sure to please fans.Audio quality-Sony has this habit of reserving the Atmos track only for the UHD Blu-ray thereby providing only a 5.1 DTS-HD track for the regular Blu-ray. Such discrimination is understandable for increasing the popularity of UHD but also a mere 5.1 track is simply not worth it in 2018. At least they should have provided a 7.1 track. Blade runner 2049 and Jumanji also suffered from this issue. That being said, this 5.1 track is no slouch. The audio on this disc is masterful. Surround speakers are almost always active. The bass is punchy and packs immense heft. Look out for the tower sequence and the ship sequence for superb aural pleasure. Spider-Man Homecoming is epitome of 5.1 sound design.

One of the Best 4K release by Sony/Excel in India. This 3 discs edition (4K+3D+2D) gives a Exclusive look to this release. I had normal 2D Bluray pack so,wanted to upgrade in 4K+3D version n luckily got this pack.Got an Original Spiderman Fidget Spinner too in this pack as Gift from Excel. Its really unexpected surprising Gift. Multi languages featured Indian regional languages too,along with Hindi. English Dolby Atmos 7.1 audio,only included in 4K version. Overall satisfying product.

Excellent bluray. One of the best marvel movies! Tom Holland has done a fab job as spidey. The bluray is top notch & got a fidget spinner with it as well. 😁

The movie is good with some great moments. But if you are looking for Hindi version, it's not there.

Homecoming is the newest live-action incarnation of Spiderman with this version of Peter Parker/Spiderman, being played by Tom Holland. The character was actually introduced during Captain America Civil War, fighting on the Iron Man side, and the events of this movie are mostly set after the events of Civil War, with Peter Parker going back to life as a high-school student. He is still being mentored by Stark (mostly from afar), and being watched over by Happy Hogan (played again by Jon Favreau). The movie also has ties to the first Avengers movie with the Chitauri technology playing a large role in the plot of the movie. Peter becomes more concerned with fighting crime than he is with school, which does not always work out well for him. The movie also sees the return of Michael Keaton to the superhero genre, this time in a much different role. The rest of the cast is very strong and includes Zendeya, Jacob Batalon, Donald Glover, and Marissa Tomei, as Aunt May.For those who get the 4k-UHD set, there are two discs, the UHD disc, and a regular blu-ray disc. The A/V quality of the UHD disc is great, and the movie looks and sounds wonderful in the format. The UHD disc has one extra, the Spidey Study Guide, that allows the movie to be played with pop-ups that have trivia and facts about the movie. The rest of the extras are on the regular blu-ray disc. Those include a short gag reel, about 16 minutes of deleted and extended scenes, eight different making-of and behind-the-scenes featurettes that run about 45 minutes, give or take, all totaled, a photo gallery, the movie trailer, and trailers for other Sony titles.Overall, the movie is very good. It has a nice blend of action and humor and is a bit more light-hearted than some of the other MCU movies. Holland does a great job as the lead, and you can buy him as a teenager even though he was in his early 20s when the movie was made. Robert Downey Jr. is always entertaining as Tony Stark (especially when he was hitting on Aunt May), and both Batalon (playing Peter's best friend, Ned) and Zendaya (playing Michelle/MJ) were great in the younger roles. For me, however, Keaton really stole the show and seemed to really be enjoying his return to the superhero genre. It is a great movie that is definitely worth checking out.

Great movie but 3d makes it way better very cool 3d effects.

No se van a decepcionar :)
