The spice mix is wonderful, but I would suggest to the first time user that they use it in very small amounts to begin with as it is quite hot and spicy!

This spice adds a lot of flavor with a little heat. My boss uses this all the time and now I do too. Telling everyone I know to give it a try.

This is a very nice blend and spicy. It's got sort of a bar-b-que flavoring to it. I love it so much, I immediately ordered a larger amount. Most of the spices I've been buying lately have been very salty or very bland with little flavor. This has a very good flavor and I've already used it on ribs and chicken. I got rave reviews on both. I also added it to a stew I made with tomatoes and beef, and I turned around and a huge pot was gone. They totally wiped out a huge pot of stew. I love spices and this is the best one I've purchased in quite a few years. This makes a good addition to any type of rub your concocting. I used it like it is... kind of hot... but not overly. Makes a great addition to your spice cabinet!
