It is worth taking OneAssist 2 Year Total Protection Plan for Amazon Fire TV Stick for repairs, replacement warranty.However, to register online we face lot of problems, There is no provision of web site to register new user and even we get OTO for using mobile number, submit does not work (we cannot register/submit). They must modify their web site. App also same problem

I bought OneAssist along with Amazon Firestick in July 2018. My Remote was not working due to water spill on it. I raised a claim through OnAssist.in website as i already registered. I have submitted all the documents at OneAssit.in and surprisingly received a call from their associate said that they are really sorry for the damage, As per the policy the protection coverage plan will not cover REMOTE and it covers only for Firestick. This is how OneAssist is CHEATING.OneAssist SCAM: How OneAssist CHEATS customers1. They have not mentioned at product description about what will cover under protection.2. They are stating at title of product as "OneAssist 2 Year Total Protection Plan for Amazon Fire TV Stick" and displays Fire TV Stick+Remote image at product page still it wont cover protection. Here the SCAM follows.3. When i received the call from OneAssist team the executive mentioned that they have mentioned what covers and what not covers at terms and conditions. But when I went back and checked their terms and conditions at policy and insurance certificate by The New India Assurance Co. Ltd there is no ware they writes about Remote and its' coverage.So Here SCAM continues...4. I Immediately called Amazon toll free number the customer care to complaint about OneAssist SCAM and how they replied, The Amazon executive herd all my comments about OneAssist and he put my call on hold(with politely asking permission) and that he said he is going to escalate it to his manger (It's managing customer anger nicely without telling that Amazon in helpless and don't wish to provide anything in this situation). Here SCAM supported by AMAZON.5. found no issues in registering the total 02 year protection plan for my amazon fire stick device. All you need to install their mob app and registration on the device can be done in 02 mins provided you are having DSN (device serial no.) and invoice copy readily available.I hope in future if required, their claim process should be as simple as that.

As reflected in most of the firetvstick reviews,the oneassist leaflet doesn't give clear cut instructions on how to to register the product.However if you contact oneassist helpline, things are pretty fast and simple. The product will get registered with out any hassle.

One Assist team contacted me to register on their website. That was a good initiative. But going through their details on the website it is not clear whether they are providing insurance for the Amazon Fire TV stick or are they a maintenance/service provider for the TV stick.

I am happy with service provided by one assist. My fire stick was not working after waranty... fortunately I brought extended warranty from one assist. They replaced with new device as it was not repairable. Not only that..response and follow-up by their team was tremendous.

The plan is of no use to me, I wasted my money. I bought it with Amazon fire TV stick just as a safety feature. It didn't get activated with steps mentioned on card received. I was assured of assistance but after 2 calls with assurance my problem is unresolved. I bought it for firestorm and this keeps asking for my card details, which I would not give as I saw many comments that they keep charging the card ,moreover when I paid for the plan why should I provide the details. I don't trust you for wallet protection or phone protection this was for fire TV stick. I would never suggest anyone to buy this ,it's just a money minting scam. Wasted my money don't waste yours. Wish I could give it a zero or negative star, Amazon please stop suggesting to buy such bogus services.
