Department 56 Resin Addams Family Village House Lit Building, 10.87", Multicolor

Department 56 outdid themselves with this piece. It is SO incredible. It is made of resin and the detail is just incredible. I have been collecting Department 56 villages for many years and this piece is one of my all time favorites. It is a must have for a fan of the Addams Family.

Nicely detailed house. Straight out of the old comic.

Purchased the Mansion for my O gauge Lionel/MTH layout. It has a special corner of a "toxic waste dump" that some of the trains pass by. The scene from Adams Family TV and Movie shows feature Gomez running his Lionel trains. Mine are too expensive to 'crash' as in the scenes, but safely pass the front gate of the Mansion.Great detail and scales reasonably well to the 1/48 O gauge layout. Lighting is great. The unit is NOT ceramic, though it is solid - and less fragile.

Fun Halloween village figure! Looks like the house from the classic cartoon strip! I bought it as a companion piece for my husband’s Munsters house. Durable resin and incredibly detailed.

This was a gift to my nephew. He loves it and will continue to add to his village.

The Addams Family house exceeded my expectations. I'm impressed with the way it's made and how it looks. The detail is phenomenal. This was my first Department 56 purchase and I am very pleased with it. I'm going to be expanding my collection now.
