I use this stuff for my plantar fasciitis and it actually works! It takes a time or two to learn how to best apply it. For me I find that if I apply it after a shower and really washed the area of application that I can get 5-7 days per application. Make sure not to apply lotions or oils around the strips or else they will come off quicker.Update: after a month of using this product, I discovered the importance of effective exfoliation prior to application. If I exfoliate and wash the area with soap prior to applying mine will last up to 9 days before beginning to peel. Also any non-hairy areas last longer than hairy areas.

I did a ton of research on which tape to buy for my knees as I have torn meniscus with both knees. I have knee braces and they were not helping at all. You sweat so much with the braces and that causes the knees to swell. I had remembered that during physical therapy the therapist used Kinesiology Tape to help with support and swelling. I figured why not give it a try again to see what would happen. So more research went into finding the best amount of tape for a good price. I came across Fitzeal Kinesiology Tape and see it was the best price for the amount of tape. I did a rush order so I could get it ASAP and I love walking in the morning; remembered on one of the videos I watched on YouTube it suggested applying the tape at least 2 hours or something like that before any activity. The box came in the mail and I get my legs/knees cleaned and cut the amount of tape needed for the "Total Support for Knees". When I got up in the morning I was able to get out of bed without issues of feeling like I was going to fall flat on my face. Climbed the stairs to get to the kitchen with out knees giving out. Next came the 35 minute walk to see what would happen. Needless to way the walk lasted LONGER than 35 minutes, I walked for 45 minutes without pain or having to slow my pace at all. This tape has really helped in my long distance running. I was initially not sure how much this can help. It doesn't stick well, if you have hair. I personally tried it on my legs, i have lot of hair, the first time it came off while running. So, i have trimmed down my hair and it stuck well next time. Off course it is a culture shock at first when you trim down the hair. But , its worth if it can keep you away from injury and pain. The trick is to put on the tape an hour before running and keep it on for atleast to days, it helps while and running and through recovery.

applying it is an art but was not difficult to learn. works perfectly as it claims. the adhesive is of good quality. have to stretch properly to apply. once applied stays there for 4-5 days despite regular showers etc. flexible enough to give enough leverage to workout and work properly without any hinderances.

Overall okay product at this price bracket.Pros : Cheap cost, quiet a good stretch, average adhesive.Cons : Does not have pre cut pieces or tearing instructions makes it look like a cello tape, not waterproof, you cannot workout with these on.I'd suggest to shave your hair before applying to get maximum results.

i ordered long back, and used last week . on my shoulder near neck side got blister, as i scared than i removed whole tape .after few hours my skin become red and saw few boils ,now i am taking anti alergic medicine for the same....

Nice tape. Most of the people don't read instructions in the guide. Please read it the adhesive works accordingly. Very satisfied recommended to all.

Useless purchase as adhesive is too weak. Comes off in a day even on non-hairy body parts. Without exposure to water. I was using it on my achilles tendon and it simply refuses to stay on for more than a day. Comes off while wearing socks. thoroughly disappointed.
