Love this book and refer to it constantly. Also joined Mary Shomon's newsletter. She's extremely knowledgeable, and I have a few dozen books on the subject, at least.

I have learned about Mary from Gena Nolin Facebook page 'Thyroid Sexy". I have subscribed to Mary's fb page as well and have been receiving lots of very useful info. Then i read Gena Nolin's book and she mentioned Mary's books in it so i gave it a try. Im glad i did. No offense to Gena Nolin but Mary's book has given me the most information on all things Thyroid. Its very well written and is very easy to understand ( none of that scientific lingo and such ) . You can tell she was writing based on her own experience but not writing about herself. Her research is so extensive - i can not thank her enough for writing this book. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was just recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which explained my terrible fatigue and instant weight gain. I wanted to find the most comprehensive book on understanding hypothyroidism and treating it and the name Mary Shomon would always pop up. I decided to take out the book from the library but after I read the first chapter, I knew I had to get my own copy. You can tell Shomon has done her research. I feel more hopeful about treating thyroid naturally and if necessary, medically.This is a must have book. It's thorough, informative and provides a lot of answers. It's the only book you need, really.

Ich habe schon vieles über dieses Thema gelesen, aber in diesem Buch finde ich alles, was ich wissen wollte, was mir auch weitergeholfen hat. Leider sind natürlich alle Angaben bei den Rezepten auf den amerikanischen Markt angepasst, trotzdem, man kriegt das mit ein wenig Übung schon hin. Alles Medizinische ist ein wirklicher Ratgeber. Kann ich nur empfehlen für alle, die von deutschen Ärzten nicht richtig über diese Krankheit aufgeklärt wurden.
