My son got this yo-yo for Xmas. He's obsessed. He's learning a bunch of new tricks. The yoyo is of really great quality, it is metal, so stand clear when your kid is practicing. It also comes with a whole bunch of extra string which will be useful if your yo-yo-er is prone to making knots whilst learning tricks. He has easily learned a couple tricks within the couple hours he has been playing with it, and he's having a lot of fun. Size is the same as a typical yoyo. Definitely a good buy for your yo-yo enthusiast.

I bought this for my 10 year old son and he loves it, plays with it everyday and takes it with him everywhere. It's a quality Yoyo and every kid that loves unresponsive Yoyo's will enjoy having this one. Great price, very durable, he must of banged this yoyo over 50 times mostly on the floor and still has not broken or cracked. It does have a long string so you might want to cut it down to appropriate height for you child.

I'd like to start by saying Im an amateur at best with yoyo's, so this may not be the products fault, but the bearings are rather loud, at least to me they seem to be. Even after lubrication they still made quite a bit of noise. Thats not to say that its a bad yoyo, it helped me learn how to do binds on an unresponsive yoyo, and it still works rather well. It may just be me, but it doesn't seem very balanced, quite often it'd start spinning and then I'd have to un-ravel the string. But overall, I'd say with the combination of ease of use, items included, and price, its pretty good.

For the price,both of these yoyos rock. The K2 is responsive, while the n11 is unresponsive, unless you change the bearings out. You will need to learn how to bind for unresponsive play. I am an intermediate player, and I enjoy both. This is definitely an awesome gift pack for a beginner too. Comes with extra string, cases, etc. The weight is excellent.

The gold design is shiny which I didn't expect, and looks super clean when in motion. Comes with lots of string and a high quality yo-yo glove. My only complaints are I wish it came with two and the string is pretty rough and ends up hurting my unprotected hand if I end up sliding my finger a long it. However, that has nothing to do with the yoyo, which itself is perfect!

ok, honest opinion. I'm not one of those bots. The spin time is pretty decent but what makes it bad is the stability. The stability is very poor because at sometimes it would turn for no reason, but to control the stability you must turn the string yourself when it's spinning. But even with that the stability is decent. Alrighty next thing the material. This thing feels like cheep aluminum but it is actually insanely good in durability, no scratches or chips. Weight, it feels a bit heavy than most yoyo's but it still is ok. But when you yoyo with it for a bit your hand will get very sore and red. The extra strings are useful, but the glove is useless. You can still feel the burn of the rope a bit. But overall I honestly think it depends on the person. This is very good to practice binds (bring the yoyo back up to you without manually resetting it by tying it around). It also gets you in a good habit of using power in some throws to get enough spin time on tricks. Overall i would give it a 3.9 out of 5, I would recommend buying it as a starter. Another tip is that there are some websites/brands with very solid yoyo's. For example Offsetyoyo.com or merlin

My middle school boys are very into yoyos and this was perfect. Being unresponsive, they can do so many cool tricks with this yoyo. It isn't the standard up and down with the flick of a wrist, so be sure your recipient knows how to use these yoyos. The extra strings are also nice to have as a replacement when they get too tangled up or knotted. Highly recommend.
