Don't be bothered by negative comments. It is working absolutely fine for me.Best thing is, it is not metal so it doesn't pose a risk of oxidation or metal mixing in the water.plastic and metals would dissolve in water and need intense cleaning. this one is problem free.go for it. trust me it is good.

Sutra neti delivered was not rubber one as mentioned on the product hence i need to order another one now

It was totally surprising that I got a white one instead of blue. Also, no Neti salt packets and rubber Neti sutra was enclosed in the order. So disappointing.
