Slots for the buttons need improvement.
The slot at the right top corner does not help in reaching the switch off/on button; and so are the slots on the left side for volume increase/decrease and mute/unmute buttons. The pictures on the Amazon site would need to give more close up views of these features to help the prospective buyer take an informed decision. The product needs improvements matching the likes of Otter/Shieldon/Zover brands in these aspects; of course, quality comes with cost. The feel of leather seems ok. The Tax Invoice inside the package was torn leaving only the left half of the invoice for the receiver/buyer, the other half/torn right portion having been retained by the shipper/sender! Why this sort of despatch of the invoice? The helpline no received via text message to track the shipment was not reachable at all !!
