Hands Down
These paddles are great. Fit for all sized hands. Gives immediate feedback on hand position as it enters the water. Also useful as a workout aid to smooth out your stroke. Could be cheaper, I guess, but do exactly what they're supposed to.

Really helps swimming form
After a few laps, I could tell these were helping my stroke. The paddles will catch in the water if your stroke is off. Helps with follow through on the stroke. I use them for about 4 laps, take them off, then swim laps. I can tell my stroke is much better. These will help develop muscle memory. The rubber finger loop was a bit uncomfortable at first, but I'll get used to it quickly. These paddles will be part of my swimming routine.

I like them and have no issues so far at all
It is very easy to use and it helps with my stroke technique. It also feels like I'm gliding on the water a little longer on every third stroke when I'm usually breathing out, too. I like them so far. I also had absolutely no difficult putting the tube in a hole. You want it to be a tight fit so it won't easily undo itself while you are swimming and you only do it the one time before your first use so I really don't agree with those reviewers who found this so challenging. I have other paddles with the longer rubber strap that secures the paddle better to the hand but I've had two of them break on me so I'm done with that model. I think this one will last a whole lot longer because it is just your middle finger that is going in the loop and the rest of your hand lies flat on the paddle. So far so good here. I wish they would make them in clear or less bright colors though. It does look a bit weird with these star trek looking paddles on the hands but that is just a small point really.

Holy fast results!
I'm a new triathlete and just started to learn how to swim last summer - talking NO swim experience other than head above water half-effort breast stroke, swim to the dock in the pond and hang out all afternoon in the sun. I've been practicing and swimming a ton over the last year. All I want to do it improve my form and endurance. So I got these paddles to use during pull drills and immediately I discovered where I've been messing up with the catch and when I end the follow-through on my stroke with my left hand. I did 300 yards with these on and using my pull buoy, then dropped them both for a 200 yard freestyle swim interval.... It was like night and day. I could feel the "catch" like I've NEVER felt it before! They're so inexpensive, I would highly recommend giving them a test.I'm only 5'0", so I went with the Junior size. While I was getting used to them and reaching the wall on the deep end, I lost one of them off my hand. They float, so no big deal other than interrupting the swim. I'm not entirely sure I shouldn't have gone with the adult size, but the Jr seems to be fine. I don't want the paddles doing ALL the work for me.

Improves Freestyle Stroke!!
I am a senior looking to learn freestyle. These paddles have improved my stroke, helped me build up endurance and with more speed I now can do respirations every 3rd stoke!! I recommend this style over others brands that may look better. These are designed to enforce proper hand entry into the water, glideinto a nice stretch and then you must pull your stoke through and exit cleanly or the paddles will go askew to let you know the technique is not right! It teaches muscle memory so every stroke becomes second nature.

Good product made of bad material.
From the beginning I disliked the glass-like plastic this paddles are made of. The material is fragile and it can break just like glass. In the water, if you're paddling incorrectly, it will throw you off and make you cross your arms. I didn't return them because I kept the rubber and used it on an old pair of paddles I have. Thank you keep swimming and greetings from the Bronx, USA 🗽🇺🇸

A great addition to your freestyle swimming workout.
I bought these paddles in hopes to improve my freestyle technique and well as to add a bit of resistance, even though they are designed for technique only. Well these are great for your form, but they are also great as an intro to added resistance. If you are considering paddles for added resistance, I would recommend these first to insure your form is sound. The learning curve is quick, perhaps a workout or two, but I would also recommend integrating them slowly into your routine, as you may experience soreness, especially in your forearms. Although the products claims that you should use them with caution, especially if you have shoulder pain, I think that they are a great addition if your workouts have been going well.Oh...and if you are concerned because you don't flip turn, don't worry; it only takes a lap or two to get used to having these on your hands.
