Seat Post Lodged in Frame
Seat post broke off seat and is now lodged in frame. Unable to get it out no matter what methods I try. The instructions were also unclear and did not include all steps for the model I got. Update: I was able to pull the seat post out of the frame with a coat hanger bent into a hook. Company offered $10 refund on the bike lol. Added star because the bike rides well and folding feature is useful. Advice: use the video guide on this Amazon page and trash the included printed instructions.

nice bike for the price.
super cute bike , I did do some upgrades to mine , I also had it professionally built. I only played with it for a small time today. However, overall I really like it . I ordered the color purple, but it is more of a Pink with a purple undertone. The picture shows the bike looks really lavander. It is not.
