Bandai Hobby HGBF 1/144 Mega Shiki Model Kit

This was a great build! Longest build so far out of my 10+ Gunpla. Make sure you have panel lining markers for this one, there's quite a bit of surface sculpting and to break up the purple of this Gunpla. This kit comes with lots of extra parts, so can be used as a custom build for this set, I'm not very much into custom building but the extra head and shoulders are great looking. Be careful when adding the tip to the beam rifle or you could break off the tip connection piece...Definitely for experienced builders, lots of small parts that can break off the runners if you aren't careful. Don't be afraid of the purple! Buy this kit!

This kit was based on an older kit hence some of the joints aren't double jointed. However, the model still poses pretty well. The backpack is big and can cause the kit to be a bit back-heavy so an action base is recommended. That being said this kit is under gated so nub marks are very well hidden. Overall if you love the kit, you should get it, the slight faults aren't going to be off-putting at all.

Fun to build.Easy to Pose with a stand of course.. otherwise it will be balancing act especially with that heavy backpack.Monochrome color scheme is nice. Lining the panels is decent. Comes with lot of extra pieces that can be used for transforming the backpack.Extra pieces for the head piece (different looks). I loved this build.

I'm in love with hyaku shiki/delta gundam design. This is an excellent addition to this line of mobile suits. My only complaints is 1) it is very back heavy, and 2) because it is based off the delta gundam kit there are lots of leftover pieces that don't get used and I hate to just throw them out.

The Mega Shiki is an awesome looking kit. It comes with a rifle, two beam sabers that look like katanas, and the mega launcher. The mega launcher makes the kit quite back heavy so it will have trouble standing with it on. Other than that, the kit is a simple build.

You can't go wrong with Bandaid kits. Highly detailed. Comes with decals and stickers

It was a good build. Articulation was average and building it was not boring. It is a little back heavy but not too bad.

This is a wonderful kit. It inspires the classic stylings of yhe hyaku shiki but now with a sleeker waist and new feet.

Bought mainly for the backpack, however the kit is solid and aside from the single colour being a little overwhelming, the amount of free pieces you get more than make up for it. It could do with a paintjob, but it's a good kit.

様々なレビューサイトを元に判断して、スタイルのよさに惹かれて購入元々、メッキの利いたデルタガンダムの一部を流用したキットで余剰パーツが多く、頭部やスカートアーマーなど殆んど使えるので、百式系の改造の素材としても優秀であると思います。原作を知らなくとも、ヘビーメタルやモーターヘッドっぽくも見えるこのキット。そのまま組んでも十分に格好いいですよ。メッキでもないので、他の百式系の物と合わせ、塗装するときっと化けるのではないでしょうか。装備も他のものとも合わせやすそうなので、自分なりの解釈を楽しめると思います。
