I bought “Used Like New” but it wasn’t! Worn portafilter, wear on the water/steam selector knob. Machine finish looks different from ad images. Portafilter handle looks different from the ad and has slope/angled end. Missing instructions manual/guide. Made fantastic dopios from SBUX Espresso Roast beans. Calibrated the grind for the double basket and the water for a 4 oz insulated espresso cup. Easy to do with videos shown here on Amazon. Now within the first 24 hours I have a DESCALE light on. I'm using RO filtered water and the descale is indicated??? I think this unit has been well used. I noticed some dents in the front under the overhang... probably someone just careless with the portafilter? I ran the descale cycle after looking it up on YouTube - since I don't have any instruction manual. It was easy, power off then press power, 1-cup, 2-cup buttons -- all three at the same time until it comes on and runs descale. Be sure to have the empty portafilter in place with the frothing cup underneath. I'll see how long before that descale indicator comes back on, if it does. The descale light became permanently ON, and this unit has been returned on the 3rd day.

This is the best espresso machine/maker I’ve ever owned! I bought it for Christmas and I use it every day! No more seven dollar Starbucks lattes for me! Get the syrups, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or whatever you like in your latte, and it tastes even better because you can customize your latte to your exact liking. The milk steamer is also great! It takes a little bit of learning to figure out how to perfectly froth milk, but it only takes a little practice! I would recommend this espresso maker to anyone who doesn’t want to pay seven dollars for a latte every day! I’ve had the machine for about three months now and will update my review after six months of use if anything goes wrong with this machine but as of right now it’s running perfectly! Make sure you clean it regularly and let you know when it needs to be done which is also a plus! More than 6 months later this espresso machine is still going strong as long as you keep up on the descaling and take care of it l, it will last! I love my latte every morning ,still.

The deep cleaning of it is a pain, but the espresso are great
