A Good Band
A good theraband, this is my first theraband tubing purchase on Amazon.in. Earlier I had got the flat therabands from Amazon.com. The Red Resistance Tubing is a slight bigger in diameter and thinner in thickness than the old theraband Tubing that I have used for over a decade. The first image is of the new band purchased with the original Breg shoulder Rehablitation kit, next to it. The image on right has both the old theraband and the new red theraband Resistance Tubing. This should serve me well for the next few years.
