I bought two of these to help introduce my daughter into throwing. They're basic rubber throwing disks with a good gripping ridge. I've not thrown them yet, but they feel evenly weighted and should be pretty good for practicing.No, I did not weigh them to see if they're regulation.No, I do not care if there are any scuff marks. They're likely from China and made of recycled rubber and highly toxic, but what isn't these days.Don't be afraid to invest the couple of bucks into one of these to add to your practice bag. I think it's worth the money.

I bought this from my daughter because she just started track and field for the first time and it’s got a great value for the money. The performance is awesome. The weight is what is described and my daughter said that it’s pretty versatile compared to the ones that School provided.

It was an AMAZING product and I’ve enjoyed throwing it, it’s very durable and dirt and mud washes right off, and you don’t need to worry about rust. The only issue I have is the smell, but it’s worth in in any other aspect. Best part is it’s super cheap and silvers in a day or 2

Good 4 training

Quality practice 1kg discus for a beginner middle school boy. My nephew decided he wanted to throw discus this year, so I purchased this item as a way for him to get some extra throws in at home. He has been using it for about 3 weeks at the time of writing this review. It is made from quality rubber and appears to be durable through about 200 throws so far.

My stepdaughter LOVES having her own discus to practice with. This thing is tough as nails.
