I have been using this product for years. I absolutely love it, very unique and I haven't seen anything like it that works as well. I seen some reviews mention flaking, but I have never had that problem.

I love this product I’ve used it for years, it’s the only product I’ll use because I like more of a natural look that it gives. The last time I ordered it, it was completely dried out and had no product. I’ve never had that happen before so I’m nervous to be ordering this again. I’ll give an update once I receive the next one I order.

Be extra patient and SLOWLY insert the wand into the tube, making sure the wand is aligned perfectly before pushing it all the way in. It is very thin and fragile, and it will bend. You might even snap the brush end of the wand off inside the tube by jamming the wand it in too hard or at the wrong angle. I did that once and trust me at $20+ each it is no fun to see a fresh tube rendered unusable due to being in a rush or taking out my stresses on my helpless makeup containers :) Be sure to close it tightly after each use to help prevent drying out.I have scars in and around my eyebrows from childhood falls, and regular eyebrow pencils have not been especially effective. I also tried a tattoo powder, the kind which comes in a pot and although it is a great product it did not last the day and the thick brush wasn't working well to apply it on the scarred areas. I tried a L'Oreal skinny brow pencil, which is a good applicator but the pencil is so fragile it wore down fast, it broke too often and it did not last long at all for the money paid. I literally used 1/4 a pencil just coloring in one scarred area, and then it was subject to wiping off too easily.Brow Gal formulation and wand is perfect. I can use the end of the wand to dab small dots onto the scarred area, and after it dries I puff-pat a long-lasting 8 or 12 hour L'Oreal face powder over my entire brow area which does 2 things: it softens the look a bit to make the applied parts blend in with the natural parts, and helps (any makeup) stay on longer when it is hot or humid out because on my skin the heat and humidity cause makeup to slide right off.

This is probably the best eyebrow product on the market. Better than Glossier’s and others. HOWEVER, the quantity is SO LITTLE that it’s not worth the price. I have purchased at least 4 of these, and each ran out so quickly that I felt cheated. Fix this issue Brow Gal! Don’t be cheap!

When I received my product I was so excited to use it. However, when I opened the tube it was dry and flakey. I did manage to get some of the color to go onto my eyebrow and it appears it is the perfect color. I'm very disappointed. I did read the reviews before my purchase I knew there was a possibility it could be dried out. The two stars are for the color which is great. Will be returning. Buy at your own risk.Update: The company replaced the product within 2 days of my review without having to request it. I was so excited! Then I opened it and this tube was drier than the original. I really appreciate the company and their efforts to replace the first tube but will be sending this one back as well. In all fairness, I believe that since both tubes would have come from the same Amazon processing center perhaps a they received a defective batch.

Above all I liked the product, for that reason is kind of too little for the price

I really love The browgal it's the only thing that works best on my brows . But everytime I've have order this one , it's always dry ..this is the second one I have purchased and again , dry .. was able to use it the day I recieved and nxt day , supper dry ..I dont get it .. beautiful products yes . BUT will not be re-ordering ..

This is the first brow tint I've ever used. I received it in one of my monthly beauty boxes & figured I would give it a shot. The color matches perfectly! The brush is little, but works great at distributing the color through your hairs. It's not clumpy, or streaky and not messy. I typically use one dip for each brow. The had this one for a minimum of 14 hours when wearing daily to work. It's even sweat proof in 100 degree weather walking around outside for vacations. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who fills in their brows with a pencil or even any other type of gel.
