It's a very pretty pendant and it comes with the chain as shown in the pictures. I am using this for now couple of days and it still looks the same. I hope it stays the same for longer time. Also, the product comes with a contact number of the customer service, so I guess if ever there are any issues with the product I can call them and ask to fix it.You can definitely go for this product.Hope this is helpful. Good quality product.Exactly the same as shown in the picture.If u really liked the design just purchase it without any doubt.I loves the product.And ofcourse Amazon is really a trust worthy app and this product is trust worthy too .It consists of documents which also contains the product's COMPLAIN number which u can contact if there is any issue with the product.THIS product is fabulous

After few days color is so dull

This pendant and chain did not even last for a month. I have attached pictures to solidify my review. On contacting customer support they told me that there is no warranty of any kind on the chain. The replacement of any of the item is out of question and at best they could only do is plate the pendant again. The condition for plating was that first we need to try to clean the pendant using Colgate powder(utterly ridiculous) and ship it to them at our cost. It's like throwing your hard earned money into Clara's pocket. I would not advise to buy it. Even I ignored the other reviews and paid the price. It is always better to invest some more money and get such jewellery from local shops who are at least more willing to help.
