I was using KingJet cartridges. They lasted for an amazing length of time. I reorder the cartridges. I had a problem with my new cartridges. I contacted the seller about my problem. He spent days trying to help me resolve my issue. He sent me new cartridges. I installed them and now my printer is working like a charm. I have NEVER had such impressive customer service! Thank you!

This is the second time we purchased these ink cartridges. The first time we installed them and they were indeed a great replacement for official overpriced HP ink cartridges and they were fully compatible.BUT the second time we purchased the Kingjet cartridges it was a different story. After we plugged in the cartridges, our HP Pagewide 477 printer stated that the cartridges were not compatible because they did not have an HP chip in the cartridges. The printer permanently disabled the cartridges!These Kingjet cartridges are NOT "Perfect Compatibility With HP Printer" - Pagewide 477dn as advertised!Only after the cartridges were rendered useless did I see a tiny blue card in the bottom of the box the cartridges came in. the card says, " Firmware update feature may prevent the usage of third-party supplies. to ensure your premium printing experience, please diable "printer Update Options" and select "No" when "update Available" notifications are popped up. If you want to know more details about how to disable the printer auto update, please contact us."Neither the box, the cartridges or the little blue card informs the seller how to "contact" the manufacturer.Also, in the Pagewide 477, I had to access the printer through my laptop and go to settings and not only turn off updates but also turn off the compatibility option boxes.So now I have some colorful paperweights and I am out almost $200 due to my disabled cartridges.So no, this is definitely not a product that offers "perfect compatibility" with HP printers. I do blame HP partially for punishing their customers that refuse to buy their ink. And it is strange the first time I installed Kingjet cartridges they worked fine. HP must have changed options during an interim update.BUT Kingjet should have a huge warning, in red, that has to be removed before the cartridges can be taken out of the box [in the box, on the box, or on the cartridges] that not only warns about the need to disable printer updates and compatibility options BUT also warns that if the proper options are not turned off, the cartridges will be rendered useless and never work in any printer in the future.YOU CAN LEARN FROM WHAT HAPPENED TO ME BY TURNING OF UPDATES AND CARTRDIGE COMPATABILITY OPTIONS IN YOUR PRINTER BEFORE INSTALLING KINGJET CARTRIDGES!!!!!

I could not find this from Kingway this time around, but KingJet worked just as well.Two notes.... the HP 477DW will prompt to allow updating, EVEN IFF YOU TURNED OFF THIS PROMPT in the settings... it comes back! JUST SAY NO !!!The other issue.... HP 477DW does NOT alert that ink is getting low, so you can prepare for having refills. This is NOT a Kingway or KingJet deficiency.... this happened from the STARTER ink that came with the machine 3 months ago... Machine gives a cryptic error message, not an INK EMPTY one... Same happened when Cyan ran dry suddenly locking up machine.. these were the OEM Cartridges that came WITH the new machine.You just select the star gear on the touch display, go to maintenance, ink.... then it will show you the ink levels..... but the readings may be way off.... but any that are empty, tripped the machine into a fail.My first 477DW came with FULL starter cartridges, they lasted for 8 months before the first one needed refilling, and it gave a low alert early, kindly stating NOT empty, just an alert to be sure to have a replacement WHEN it does need it... very civilized.... seems that is not the way it works anymore.Machine WIULL recognize that you are not using official HP refills, but it accepts the cartridge, after whining about you and I saving serious bucks.

Price is excellent compared to OEM. Colors are very good. However, I'm finding that the printer disconnects from the computer for no rhyme or reason, now and again. I had to delete the printer from my computer and re-install to get it to work. HP & all printer manufacturers are constantly 'upgrading' their software, so they may be constantly messing with the chip on ink cartridges which may be a cause of the disconnect, however, not sure about this. Other than this issue, I would definitely buy this product again, if it lasts without leaking. So far, no leaks detected

This ink is awful. I purchased it twice and both times it exploded in my printer and damaged my printer. I would like a refund immediately if you would like I can return the faulty cartridge

Product worked great.... for about 5 pages. Now the printer refuses to acknowledge the cartridge no matter what I try. It's unusable and I'm past the return window so I'm out the money I should've used to buy the right thing instead of trying to save money.UPDATE: I have received a full refund for the product without having to send back the cartridges. They were willing to send me another set but my printer is finicky so I declined.

Bought 2 sets of these and they leave blank spots on the pages of our HP, tried a new set and same results. Called HP tech support and they said they were not compatible and replace with HP brand. Hundreds of dollars out the window 🤬

this product does not pint in HP printers buyers beware, totally a waste of money
