Svarochi 12W LED Lights E27 App Operated Warm and Cool Light (Yellow and White)

I was happy to get a 12W bulb as most of the other bulbs are of lesser wattage. The bulb in itself is good as it gives pretty decent light however controlling it through Alexa is a pain as you have to mention the word "Svarochi" every time and Alexa sometimes does not understand. The bulb works on bluetooth which is also a negative as other bulbs use WiFi and are easier to control from anywhere. For this bulb to be controlled through the app, you have to be physically present in the room near the light.Also, after creating a project, you have to get into rooms before you can get to the light controls to use it through the app. Every time you enter the room in the app, it connects to the light which takes up to 30 seconds or so. Another con is that if you have switched off the light through the app, you cannot turn it on with the switch (at least that's how it is for the one that I use). Lights colour is good and if these bulbs used wifi, i would have bought more.

The light is sufficient but it does not stay in the state it is kept when switched off after every 3-4 days it changes it's colour to original. Also no support for Alexa, no update still from manufacturer. When I had purchased it was told that support for Alexa will roll out in 1 week which is yet to be done.

If you have multiple smart devices around your house and are use them via the Google home app, this bulb is no use. Doesn’t support Google or Alexa and you can only control it with the specific Svarochi app which is a waste of time. It’s value for money if you only buy Svarochi bulbs and devices, but it’s not easy to use over all. Not gonna buy this ever again.

Cannot be trusted.

Switching between yellow to white light and everything in between is so effortless. It is like getting multiple lights into one

Bad product, no service support. Stopped responding to control over the phone, tried reloading software on other phones ( IOS & Anroid) simply refuses to respond. No support from the manufacturer

Stopped working in less than an year!

product was as advertised, perfect
